LuminateOne is a software development agency that helps businesses thrive.

LuminateOne design, develop, and maintain custom web and mobile applications. LuminateOne, based in Matamata, is looking for an outgoing, talented, and ambitious developer (working in mostly PHP and Javascript) who can help take the business to the next level.

This person will assist this growing business with:

• Developing & maintaining existing web applications
• Scoping new client projects.
• Providing support to client applications through helpdesk systems
• Internal company applications
• Investigating new technologies
  
  

They must have experience with:

• Laravel or a similar PHP framework
• Relational Database Experience
• Git / Version Control
• A can-do attitude and a keenness to learn and adapt
  
  

And they will ideally have:

• Experience with Vue.js (or another frontend framework like React or Angular)
• Experience in maintaining production applications.
• Effective customer relationship management skills.
• The ability to communicate effectively with a wide variety of people and organisations.
• A great work ethic and the understanding that in a small team everyone pitches in to get the job done.
• Initiative to not only take the lead on projects but to ensure they are done to the highest standard within constraints.
• A tertiary qualification in computer science (or related disciplines) is not compulsory but will be considered an advantage.
  
  

And they will ideally have:

• at least 2 years development experience
  
  

This role is based in Matamata. This role is 32-40 hours a week, to be worked over four or five days depending on what suits the ideal applicant.

The Candidate MUST have a current NZ work visa, you must have the right to live and work in this location to apply for this job.
