Arrow pointing right

We build digital applications and products for clients across the globe.

Our company has an agile mindset, with a view to what’s ahead. We like playing chess more than checkers. Our people care about the planet and are excited about the opportunities and challenges that the rapid advancement of AI presents!

We have multiple software teams who are passionate, deeply knowledgeable and obsessed with learning new things about technology and tinkering away at side projects to hone our craft. We then apply technology to business problems.

AI Adoption Specialists

At LuminateOne we like to make an impact with our solutions - and where we see a huge impact right now is in the Artificial Intelligence space. OpenAI’s ChatGPT platform has been a game-changer for generate text, and Microsoft Azure has excellent tools for analysis and reporting.

We are at the forefront, using the latest advancements in AI to design and implement tailored AI-powered solutions for our clients. Equipped with the right inputs, AI can do some incredible things (like generating images of custard squares falling from the sky), automation, and online chatbots.

LuminateOne started when our co-founders met when working for The University of Waikato. Both grew up in small towns with an innate passion for tech and a propensity for classic Kiwi ingenuity. Individually they were building software solutions for clients, and noticed that a lot of larger corporate software companies were overspending and underperforming. They decided to combine their skills and experience to form LuminateOne: a software development company that delivers meaningful results in a cost-effective way.

Fast forward six+ years, we have multiple software teams, an on-call roster, and staff with expertise in project management and business analysis. We enjoy solving problems and helping customers succeed.
